Well, kind of.
Today's conversation with my boss provided me with a huge lift in the weight on my shoulders. It was such a relief being able to let her know that I no longer plan on being a part of the office, and we had a great conversation about what it is I have brought to the team, and what my plans are for the future. She was not upset or blindsided, and said that though she is sad to see me go, she is excited for me.
The ball is officially rolling, folks, and I couldn't be more excited for the changes that are about to occur.
