Attempt #2 in the blog-o-sphere. The livejournal has been up and running for the past seven years or so, but it's time to branch out. And not use the name I thought of when I was a sophomore in high school.

That said, for those of you who are wondering, no, I'm not a twin. Apologies for being misleading from the get-go: it was a random nickname given to me (when I was a senior in high school), and it's one that is my go-to whenever I'm asked to be creative and pick out a username.

Speaking of this nickname, and the overall identity crisis I've been going through (which we weren't), I just realized that my ex who coined this nickname is now engaged. Which is not the piece I just learned: the realization is that his fiancee graduated from high school in May. Ah. Pair this with the many marriages that have been taking place in the last 12 months, and my best friend just buying a house, and it makes for my not knowing whether I should feel very young or very old.

So I'll just quit my job and go back to school, instead.

Enough ramble. Time to enjoy a day off - and some nice weather to go along with it!
