TEDtalks

Last night I decided to take the night off from homework and instead indulge my TEDtalks obsession. So two hours passed, a bag of cookies at my right hand, my eyes glued to my laptop. I watched videos by Adam Savage and Julia Sweeney and Ze Frank and the Ahn sisters. I geeked out listening to Sir Ken Robinson talk about creativity. The two following videos were the two that stuck with me, though (I've watched them multiple times already).

Gustavo Dudamel and the Teresa Carreno Youth Orchestra performing Shostakovich's Symphony No. 10 and Arturo Márquez' Danzón No. 2.

Bobby McFerrin explains expectations, the brain, and music.
