Gospodor's gift to Washington

Last week I drove down to Portland twice to see friends. While on my way back north, I found myself seeking out this memorable memorial. Funded by the multi-millionaire Dominic Gospodor, this weird sci-fi monument was created to memorialize Mother Theresa, the struggle of the American Indians, Christianity, and the Holocaust. The picture I have is older: the statue to the farthest right is Chief Seattle, but was recently replaced by a weather vane. Awesome. The other two statues are Mother Theresa and Jesus. Apparently Gospoder was also considering additional monuments for polio vaccine inventor Jonas Salk, African Americans, Susan B. Anthony, William Seward, and 17,000 people killed annually by drunk drivers.

... Thanks, Gospodor. Good to see your money being used responsibly.
